Overview

Google Sheets is more than a spreadsheet platform, it’s a shared workspace to communicate, think, and create, and code together. It can be used as:

  • A ledger to track and organize your many projects
  • An organizer for large, small, and varied sets of data and information
  • A shared workspace that can be edited by many at the same time

Tips and Tricks

Copy Only Link: Turn a Google Docs or Slides link into a copy-only version by adding “/copy” to the end of the link. Example:

 https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1wOujjkgy9i_tkp7PZEz5X1Vk1Qldy4kWkEfAacN2BWg/copy

Sharing settings tips:

Share your Slides, Docs or Sheets with the Share button in the top right

When submitting a challenge, make sure the link you submit is set to “viewer”
